What Should I Do Before ReVive Treatment?
Before treatment, patients will review and sign a consent form, making sure that no contraindications exist that would impair treatment. The ReVive treatment guidelines and protocols will also be discussed with your esthetician prior to beginning treatment.
Before each treatment, patients are responsible for thoroughly cleansing the area and making sure the labia are completely shaved. Shaving should be done at least 24 hours prior to each appointment. Hair may interfere with the electrodes and the treatment efficacy.
Immediately prior to each treatment session, the labia will be cleansed with a non-alcohol based solution. Ultrasound gel will be applied throughout the treatment. The skin tightening electrodes are placed against the vulvar tissue with slight pressure throughout several passes. The patient will experience a very comfortable warming sensation along with mild pressure from the device. Following the treatment, patients can immediately return to their normal activities.

What Should I Expect from the Procedure?
Treatments generally take 30 minutes to perform. The treatment schedule is once every 2-3 weeks and a series of 6 is typically recommended. Some patients will achieve satisfactory results in fewer sessions. Maintenance sessions may be followed once every 6 months, especially for patients with loose skin due to aging. Patients who finish the series after pregnancy may not require maintenance. This can be determined by the patient.
How long will my ReVive vaginal rejuvenation results last?
Non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation treatments are not permanent like their surgical counterparts. However, they can still offer long-lasting results. That is because they encourage the production of your own natural collagen. Most of our ReVive patients schedule maintenance sessions every 6 months to enjoy seamless and consistent improvement.
