Breast Augmentation

My name is Jennifer, I am 39 years old and a mother of 3. I had been thinking of getting a breast augmentation for a very long time, but never acted upon the thoughts. It took me three years to get up the courage of making a decision to proceed with my dream. I had visited quite a number of plastic surgeons, but I was never quite convinced that the doctor was right for me. I wanted to be as confident as possible with the surgeon who I was going to trust to perform breast surgery on me. All these feelings of nervousness and apprehension changed when I walked into Dr. Zinsser's practice.

Dr. Zinsser and his staff made me feel welcome, at home and more importantly at ease. They were patient with me and always there to answer any and all of my questions. I trust Dr. Zinsser and his staff as they are experienced, caring and they know what they are doing.

After all my years of research I wouldn't have picked any other doctor to perform my breast enhancement surgery. Dr. Zinsser is the BEST! As a matter of fact, I have now been considering a few other procedures to have Dr. Zinsser perform.

My experience with Zinsser Plastic Surgery was a delightful one. Too perfect to be true! Going through a procedure no matter how bad you want it is nerve wrecking. Dr. Zinsser performed butt augmentation on me and I love the results. Dr. Zinsser is first and most of all a professional who demonstrated his excellent skills and knowledge in the plastic surgery field. He demonstrated true concern for my well being and only suggested things that would be in my best interest even if it meant a profit decrease for him. He listened and explained everything in detail. He always made himself available for any concerns or questions. He dedicated endless hours researching in order to provide the best quality implants that resulted in an excellent appearances and a very happy patient. My incision is close to not being noticeable because of his suturing skills. His staff is endearing. They go out of their way to make you feel like their #1 patient. They put me at ease and were always concerned about accommodating my needs. His office Manager, Deb Ely is an outstanding individual. She did everything in her power to ensure my privacy as a patient was respected. I will for life be in debt with Dr. Zinsser and his staff. Even if I moved across the country, I will make sure that Dr. Zinsser performs any future procedures on me! It truly brings tears to my eyes to have found his practice here in Richmond. Because of Dr. Zinsser I walk with my head higher these days.

Facelift

This is a long overdue thank you, but since it was a year ago this week that I had my surgery I can no longer put off trying to express to you how thankful I am to have had you as my surgeon.  Every time I have tried to put down my feelings on paper I get very emotional and my words have just felt so inadequate.

How do you say thank you to someone who had such a wonderfully profound effect on your life? How do I put into words how life changing and positive this whole experience has been for me? I realize that I am very lucky to have been able to undergo this remarkable transformation and it has been one of the best things that ever happened to me.  When I look in the mirror I see the "me" that I always thought I could be.  My weight loss was the beginning of this incredible journey but genetics would have kept me from obtaining what I had longed for all my life - the face and neck that you sculpted for me.  Still me - only better!  There are no words extraordinary enough to express my sincere appreciation to you and your amazing staff so I just say humbly - thank you.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Breast Reduction Surgery

I just want to convey to you and your staff how very pleased I am with the results of my surgery. Before surgery I was really miserable not only with the size of my breast, but also the constant neck, back and shoulder pain. Since my procedure, I can now participate in different activities that before I felt very uncomfortable with in public. As an operating room nurse, I can perform better and personally feel better about myself. Many acquaintances and friends have commented on my appearance, which even convineced me more that I am so glad I had the procedure performed by you and the great staff at St. Mary's Ambulatory Surgery Center. After suffering with back, neck and shoulder pain for more years than I can remember, I had the good fortune to find Dr. Zinsser. I knew that I needed a breast reduction and was very apprehensive about having the procedure. After my first consultation, I knew that I had a doctor that would care about me as an individual and not just another patient. He took the time to carefully explain everything and answer any questions that I had. In addition to the breast reduction, I also had the bags removed from my lower eyelids so that I would not look so tired.

There are just not enough words to express how pleased I am with the quality of Dr. Zinsser's work. I feel like a new person. My back, neck and shoulder pain immediately went away. My eyes look amazing. The best part is that everything he did looks so natural. I do not look like I had 'work done'. People just keep saying that I look great for my age. Being able to buy clothes, especially bathing suits, is now a pleasure, and not a heartache.
