Denise comes to Zinsser Plastic Surgery with 17 years of administrative medical experience.  She earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Mt. Mercy University. With focus on the cosmetic and aesthetic industry, Denise strives for a standard of excellence in your personalized care and assists staff in making your visit a service you deserve.

Robin Zinsser, CRNA

Clinical Coordinator

Robin received her Bachelors of Science in nursing from Tennessee Technological University and her nurse anesthesia degree from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia. She has worked as a CRNA since 1993 starting in plastic surgery in Nashville prior to moving to the Richmond area in 1998.  Robin is one of the nurses at Zinsser Plastic Surgery who will assist you during your consultation, pre-operative and follow-up appointments.

Blanche Meaux Luck

Licensed Master Aesthetician

Blanche is a Licensed Master Aesthetician with a Bachelors of Science in biology from VCU. She has been working in the field of Aesthetics for 18 years and has been with Zinsser Plastic Surgery since 2009. She has worked with many different lasers, product lines and treatments and always strives to offer the best in the industry to her patients. She specializes in chemical peels, laser skin resurfacing, medical grade facials, laser hair removal, waxing, and microdermabrasion.

Rachel Simmons

Registered Nurse

Rachel received her Associate of Applied Science from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in July, 2011 as a Registered Nurse.  She has worked as a License Practical Nurse since 2007 starting in dermatology and laser services.  Rachel will serve as Dr. Zinsser's nurse and assist you during your consultation, pre-operative and follow-up appointments.  She will also provide skin services with our lasers.

Kristin Westing

Front Desk Coordinator

Kristin is the newest addition to Zinsser Plastic Surgery. With over six years of experience in front desk management and customer service, you are sure to feel valued and comfortable in Kristin's care! Kristin's top priority is to assist and serve you. She handles your phone calls as well as scheduling your office appointment. She always provides the best care possible for each and every person and looks forward to making your visits pleasant.
