There are many different types of acids used when performing a chemical peel. Not every chemical peel will make your skin visibly peel. All chemical peels will improve the texture of your skin, even out skin tone (color) and help to improve the appearance of wrinkles and acne. Some peels will also improve current acne lesions as well as improving scars from acne. All peels work best when performed in a series of treatment's, consistency is key! Please be advised to discontinue the use of any topical skin medications three days prior to having a peel. We offer the following peels:

Vitalize Peel®

This peel is safe for all skin types. Great for anyone who wants to improve their past sun-damaged skin. Patients with acne, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring or generally poor skin quality will see the most benefit with this peel. You will experience a few days of light peeling.

Lactic Acid Peels

Used in different percentages, this peel is best for sensitive skin or thin skin.  Great peel to add hydration and to brighten the skin.  Normally, there is no peeling involved with Lactic acid.

Glycolic/Lactic Peels with Dermaplaning

This peel combines a chemical peeling agent with Dermaplaning. The Dermaplaning removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells as well as the hair on the face; the peeling agent is then applied. The double exfoliating action of this peel makes your skin feel like silk!

TCA 10% (Trichloracetic acid)

This peel is excellent for photo-damaged skin, acne or rough thick skin.  You will expierence a few days of peeling.

TCA 15% (Trichloroacetic acid)

The best peel for extreme sun damage, wrinkles, Melasma and scars. This peel dissolves the first few layers of skin to reveal the new skin underneath. You will experience about a week of heavy peeling. This is our most aggressive peel and requires a consultation prior to treatment.

Vi Peel
