Shelli Brookfield, BSN, RN
Shelli received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia. With a lifelong passion for helping others look and feel their best, she transitioned from a hospital setting to the field of aesthetics. Shelli has an extensive background as an aesthetic nurse educator and injector, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to our practice.
As our aesthetic manager, Shelli ensures a seamless experience for our patients. Her warm personality and meticulous attention to detail make the process of discussing quotes and scheduling both comforting and efficient. Always available and happy to address any questions, Shelli is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support throughout your aesthetic journey.
Robin Zinsser, CRNA
Robin received her Bachelor’s of Science in nursing from Tennessee Technological University and her nurse anesthesia degree from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia. She has worked as a CRNA since 1993 starting in plastic surgery in Nashville prior to moving to the Richmond area in 1998.
Robin is one of the nurses at Zinsser Plastic Surgery who will assist you during your consultation, pre-operative and follow-up appointments.
Stephanie Carl, RN
We are proud to have Stephanie on our team, who brings a profound understanding of facial aesthetics to our practice.
Stephanie received her BSN from the University of South Carolina in 2017. She spent the first 4 years of her career in the hospital but eventually discovered her true passion in the world of aesthetics and hasn’t looked back since. Her journey in the aesthetic field is built upon a solid foundation of medical knowledge, enhanced by specialized training in injectables and RF microneedling treatments. Stephanie is dedicated to continuous learning in medical aesthetics and has developed an intuitive grasp of facial harmony for natural, balanced beauty. She excels at facial contouring and wrinkle reduction. Stephanie’s passion for aesthetics is rooted in her love for helping others and reflected in everything she does!
Kayla Winn
Kayla, our back office medical assistant was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and comes to Zinsser Plastic Surgery with 3 years of experience in plastic surgery. Kayla acquired her Medical Assisting license through Chesterfield Technical Center in 2011. You are most likely to find Kayla assisting Dr. Zinsser with new patient consults, in-office procedures, follow-up exams and post-operative care.
Gray Ramsey
Gray received her esthetics training from American Spirit Institute and further professional training from the International Dermal Institute. She has also attended clinical conferences with Obagi, Skinceuticals, PCA and NeoCutis, Gray specializes in treating difficult skin conditions such as rosacea, severely sun-damaged and aging skin as well as having advanced knowledge of product chemistry. Her master skin care portfolio includes microdermabrasion, chemical peels, customized facials, combination therapies, Jet Peel, HydraFacial, laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, IPL, and radio frequency skin tightening/body contouring treatments.
Gray’s primary focus is to provide the safest, most advanced techniques and products currently available in skin care to her patients according to his/her unique needs and concerns.
Heather Evans
Heather comes to Zinsser Plastic Surgery with 12 years of aesthetic experience. Heather received her aesthetics training for Virginia School of Massage and further professional training from Institute of Advanced Esthetics. She has taken advanced courses with Skin Medica, Skinceuticals, and PCA Skin. Heather specializes in treating skin conditions like rosacea, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, aging skin, melasma, and has been recognized for her work in treating ethnic skin conditions.
